Returns, refunds & exchanges

Due to the products are used for private part, we aren't able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a different size.

However, if you receive your order and discover a problem such as a defect, missing item, or wrong item, please contact us ASAP with 24 hours, and we'll arrange it out for you!

Cancellation
1. If contact us within 2 hours after your payment finished, 6% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.

2. If between 2 hour to 12 hours, 10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee and handling fee.

3. If after 12 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.

4. Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

About the refund, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days usually 5 to 7 days.
