For orders over $99, we provide free shipping worldwide.

For orders less than $99, we charge a shipping fee of $9.99

But if you want to receive your items faster, we also provide urgent shipping. The price is $19.99

Alongside our discreet parcels, We also provide a discreet payment service. you will likely see CCLTD on your credit card statement or bank account.

What this means is that your orders will not show up as Chastity on your bank statement, instead displaying the corporate name which is our parent corporate business name.

This means nobody will know what you’ve been buying unless you tell them!


SHIPPING TIME

Listed shipping times are for the estimated time in transit. Shipping times do not include order processing. We process most orders in 1-2 business days, but occasionally orders can take longer to process (up to 1 weeks).

Most packages arrive on time. However, for all carriers time in transit is an estimate, not a guarantee. We have no ability to control late packages. Your patience is appreciated!

ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to update an address after ordering, email us immediately to let us know. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from shipping to an incorrect address provided by a customer.

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. We cannot prevent situations where packages are stolen after delivery.

MILITARY

We ship lots of packages to foreign and domestic military boxes, such as APO AP, etc.

Delivery with standard mail can sometimes take 2-3 weeks or longer.

*On some rare occasions our store will be out of stock, so we will ship directly from our warehouse. This can take 7-14 working days.
